I’m Stephanie Blackburn Freeth, Nonprofit Strategist and Founder of Adaptive Alternatives LLC, a consulting firm providing strategic planning and fundraising consulting services to nonprofits who are ready to adapt and thrive. Based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, I partner with local and national nonprofits and foundations at key stages of growth to address their biggest strategic, marketing, leadership and fundraising opportunities and challenges.
I am passionate about working with growth-oriented nonprofits at all stages of development. I bring 20 years of nonprofit and business experience in strategic planning, fundraising, marketing, and organizational culture to my work with Michigan-based and national clients. I have worked with stellar organizations in higher education, arts & culture, technology start-ups, museums, independent schools, health care, youth services, social services, and philanthropy. With an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in English from Princeton University, I will bring unique and meaningful perspectives to help your nonprofit organization adapt and thrive.
Having recently hired Stephanie as a development consultant, I immediately found her to be well versed in the field and very knowledgeable of the community. She is flexible, accommodating and professional.Nicole Adelman
